New Snake…

12637_1158494284040_1278261169_30413477_3105016_nGot super lucky this week and traded my 3 Western Diamondback Rattlers for a Temple (Waglers) Viper, Tropidolaemus wagleri! I’ve wanted one of these for years and I’m so incredibly stoked I have one. It’s a neonate at the moment, which is good because I get to watch it grow and go through it’s color phases. It is venomous of course but not lethal to humans. It’s an arboreal tree viper so it just hangs out on small branches all day and waits for me to water him since they don’t like drinking from water bowls. I use a squirt bottle to deliver the water right to his mouth. I’ll try and get a video of that soon. It’s pretty amazing. Also an extremely docile species, fun to work with. Though I still use hooks. I don’t freehand venomous snakes. (The pictures suck because it’s from my cell phone).

12637_1157944510296_1278261169_30412276_6000571_n6I also added a Broadbanded Copperhead (Agkistrodon contortrix laticinctus) to my collection this week as well. He’s a sub-adult male. Pretty fun to watch, but I’m more into tree vipers really. Thanks again Donovan for hooking me up with this one. Next I’m after Eyelash Vipers (Bothriechis schlegelii) and Hairy Bush Vipers (Atheris hispida) haha…I said hairy bush…

So life keeps throwing curve balls as it always does. Not sure if I should swing this time or not? If I do I’ll swing extremely hard and fierce. But what can you do? If it’s not one thing it’s another. “Buy the ticket, take the ride” – Hunter S. Thompson

The shop is doing great. We just ordered an amazing sign for the front. This sign is not only nicer and more high end than any other shop in town, but more so than almost every other business in town. It won’t be in until right after January, but your gonna trip out when you see it. Thanks to J.R. Cooke and Emily for the photo shoot in our shop, and her amazing face being on the sign. J.R. is amazing, hit him up if you need a talented photographer.

That’s about all I have to say at the moment. Enjoy the few crap cellphone pics of my new snake below.

Drama, drama, and some more drama…

14543_1149122009739_1278261169_30393031_2848672_nGood lord life has been dramatic these last few weeks. It’s coming to an end finally, we’ll see. I’m not going to talk about it much but I will say that me and Ashlan have split ways after 6 years. It was not easy but I needed to move on. Nuff said!

Shops is going great, it’s slow season but we are managing to stay busy enough, but we could always be busier. We are currently remodeling Suite A to be the lobby/sitting area and retail area. We will have Brown Sock Company, People Eating Puppies, Wooglyar clothing and more. Custom shoes, custom jewelry of all kinds, not just body jewelry. It’s going to be sick so you should come check out the progress.

12652_1151326704855_1278261169_30397859_3422188_nI’m dating a new girl that I dig alot named Destiny. But due to assholes causing me drama over it I’m not gonna mention it much more right now. She’s awesome though, loves pain as much as I do.

My apprentice Mike did his first 3 piercings for free on friends, and one on me this last two days. He’s got the normal apprentice shakes right now from nerves, but he’s doing really well and followed through with jewelry with no issues each time. He’s practicing on nostrils, basic cartilage, and ear lobes. If your down it’s free, 18 and up. I’m standing by gloved up and ready to jump in if something goes wrong.

14543_1149271293471_1278261169_30393427_1445887_nOther than that now that I’m free to do so I have tattooed my face, something I’ve wanted to do since I was 17. I also started keeping venomous snakes again. I used to in the past but was not allowed to for the last several years. I currently have 3 baby western diamond back rattlers. Getting eyelash and temple vipers next. Loving it.

Selling my Albino Patternless Burmese Python, and my Sumatran Red Blood Python. The burm is over 10′ and u need experience with larger snakes, but he is dog tame. The blood is a blood, so she’s handlable if you know how, but will bite your ass if you don’t. email me if your interested. Super cheap prices. Moving out the non-venomous to replace with venomous. After an entire life of keeping reptiles, including over 100 species of lizard and snakes, I’m done with them. Moving on to bigger game.

I’m cutting awesome deals on piercings and ink, so come talk to me if your down. I’m talking up to half price on some things. This will not last long, it’s all back to normal in January, so hurry up!

That’s about it for now people, later!
